adorable Beepuke

Zonbi, or rather Beepuke, is not only a sweetie in person, but a great artist! She sells her prints at Naka-Kon and Motaku, and I'm lucky enough to have a drawing of hers hanging in my room! She's very careful in her process, making her stuff impeccably good.

Woah, Dream of Lolita's got dreamy dollhouse, too?

So, putting aside the controversy, there have been some brand new replicas on the popular Taobao shop, Dream of Lolita. I think that the skirts look the best. If you're looking for some less expensive lolita clothing, and don't mind the lesser quality, Dream of Lolita has what you're looking for. Even if you just want some cute clothes!

Miseducated's got you informed.

amber
So, I can easily say I've been an avid reader and huge fan of Miseducated for a verrrrry long time. Starting off as the fun blog of a 17 year old (how familiar!) and evolving into the cute information hotspot of a newborn mother. There's always something new and exciting to enjoy, so check it out!

Milkbun @ Deviantart; a cute pixel and craft artist!

Milkbun makes pretty much everything I love. Pixels, plushies, papercraft, and cute artwork! I'm really surprised I haven't heard of her yet. Her website is unreachable at the moment, though...hopefully it'll be back soon! Luckily her Deviantart account still has stuff on it.

Love Berry: An adorably awesome magazine.

Love Berry is a magazine I'm lucky to say I own a few of myself. However, for those who don't have one to read, here you can read a lot of issues for free.
Like most magazines, Love Berry has fashion spreads, makeup tutorials, and shopping guides. What I think separates this one from the others is that they just do things so much cuter! Even if you don't feel like wearing Care Bears t-shirts or pink lipgloss, this magazine is still interesting to oogle at.

Minus Sun: An embroidered and stitched book of cute.

Minus Sun has struck a serious cord in me, the embroidery on her blog is awesome. What I really love is her unique take on it, and her distinctive style. The real name of this girl is Yuka Maeda, who has a career in fashion and from the looks of her work, takes it very seriously!

Strawberry Lace @ LJ: Your lolita graphic source.

Strawberry Lace is a Livejournal account I stumbled upon by pure chance. Her(?) cute Angelic Pretty (a sweet lolita brand) graphics are great for snazzing up any blog or email. Her clothing graphics are also wonderful for putting together a good-looking wishlist! Her LJ doesn't specify any credit needed, but I personally think people should give some if they're going to use a ton of these graphics, just so people know where to find more.
These graphics are perfect for any AP fan!

To get the basics down...

In this blog I'll be talking about a lot of places that might seem strange or new to you. I also might talk about fashion styles you might have not heard of. To clarify, I'm going to put links for them here:

Taobao:
This website is in Chinese, and is not possible for those out of asia to shop at, unless you use a shopping service.
Cute stores on TaoBao to get you started: http://community.livejournal.com/egl/15204857.html

If you want to order from this place, look up as many reviews as you can. This website houses many individual stores, so you should check up on that store and it's rating before you order from it. Taobao has literally everything. It's worth going to for cheaper priced items. They are based in China, but you can find many Japanese or Korean things here, too.

Rakuten:
Official Website: http://global.rakuten.com/us/ (this is their US site)
A website structured like Taobao, however you do not need a shopping service. You can find many things from Japan here, and is great for lovers of Japanese cosplay or fashion. They have an English website, so it's a bit easier to understand than Taobao, but the prices are generally higher.

For the styles I mention:
Fairy Kei, Hime Gyaru, ect: http://www.electricalice.com/style.asp

And of course, if I talk about something you don't understand (that isn't mentioned here), please don't hesitate to comment and ask! You may not be the only one, and I make mistakes just like everyone else.

Hopefully this post will clear up a lot. I may add more to it in the future.

First post!

Hey there! I made this blog so that people could easily find cute (or Kawaii, if you will) things online. I normally come across a lot of cute things myself, so I would like to share those things with you. It'd be great if you could follow, and your suggestions are always welcome!
